Ok... Intersex. Interesting. This is really odd. I think the guy should first classify what the lady in question wants.

How does she see herself (male, female or neither/both)
Is she comfortable with herself the way she is?
Is she interested in things like reconstructive surgery? (It is not as difficult as it seems).
Does she have female sexual organs? (Ovaries etc)
Will she want children? (either through normal birth or adoption/surrogacy)

These answers should help to determine the next step. Either way, why didnt she notify the guy prior to marriage? her deception was foul play.

You may be correct, to me God's arrangement about marriage is to COMPLEMENT.
