Did Jesus speak in tongues? Of all people, as our supreme example, why wouldn't he if it really mattered? He did experience the Spirit coming upon him, he performed all kinds of miracles, and prophesied incredible revelation. That is astonishingly rich spiritual life, so where are the tongues? Just thought I should ask.. |

Jesus didn't need to speak in tongues. Speaking in tongues is de only language de devil dosent understand, and its to de benefit of we humans. And its an evidence dat one has received de holy spirit. And remember Jesus is part of de holy trinity. 1 Like |

Ukeachu1: he did speak in tonguesspeaking in tongues is an evidence of the holy spirit(the comforter) which Jesus himself promised would come after he had gone and which was made manifest on the day of pentecost(after Jesus had gone). So how did he speak in tongues? |
