I hope this post is in the right section.
I am just want to know if there is something wrong medically or socially if one does not cultivate the habit of wearing pajamas to bed. Even though I don't wear my outing clothes to bed (that is ludicrous anyway) what I wear are just boxers, at times with a t-shirt and at times without any top, especially when it is hot.

1. I was not brought up with that practice.
2. I don't have the patience to start dressing up for sleep as if am going out (this time to the bed).
3. I am not comfortable sleeping with those clothes they call pajamas on me.
4. Nigeria's weather is too hot. I prefer going to bed with most part of my body exposed, even if am sleeping with the AC on.

For these reasons, I find sleeping with a pajamas really hard, though I make sure my kids do.
