Advice for the contestants

You guys may not have seen this, but I have. 2legit's muscles Is the most talked about body feature on this thread so far.

Personally, I think big muscles shouldn't count for much, but some of the ladies here are crazy about that, so here is my advice to the other guys

If you don't have access to a gym, go out and buy a few dumbells/barbells, do this regimen for 4-5 days

ARMS - biceps curls & tricep extentions. ( 12 reps x 3 sets )

PECTORALS - Bench press & push ups. ( 15 reps x 2 sets )

ABS - sit ups ( 20 reps x 2 sets )

DIET - foods rich in protein like meat, fish, eggs etc

You are not going to achieve 2legit's size in 5 days, but you can achieve muscle tone enough to make some ladies swoon.

Remember david beckham's muscles ain't as big as that of dwayne Johnson, but I think given a choice, we all know who the ladies would pick.
