1.) YOU'RE EATING: FAT-FREE FLAVORED YOGURT

When companies remove the fat from yogurt, they usually add sugar to make up for loss of flavor. Greek yogurt is naturally much creamier than plain yogurt, so you can't really tell it's fat free, and it has more than twice the protein and only half the carbs. For more flavor, add your own fruit such as berries or banana.

chassity002: Eat wheat, wheat and wheat again. Do this for 6 weeks and you will be surprised with the result. I'm speaking from experience. Again, you can add plenty of peanuts(groundnuts) to your meal also. It is a great source of protein and contains high calorie. The fat content is even good for heart.

Poster.. U don't inherit muscles from parent, you acquire it by developing them ... as for being skinny despite eating enough or more than enough.. that is due to ur lifestyle, u expend more of urself than you eat, stress consumes ur stature also. Ur health status is also of concern..deworm urself..etc.. and u might be eating the wrong food at the wrong time. So if u balance ur lyfstyl n eat right food lyk those mentioned u will improve gradually...not overnight ooo..so u will to have patience

Eat meat everyday that worth at least 200naira (suya standard). If u eat meat of 20 or 50 naira it wont make a difference. Though Beans is proteinous, it wont make any difference even if u eat a bag of it daily. Besides beans tend to give more height than muscles.

Burger01: Ol boi, amala and abula early in the morning, Pounded yam with efo riro and goat meats for lunch, semo and egusi stew with Turkey laps for pre dinner (5-6pm), Rice with plantain, beans, boiled egg and top it with nice vegetable chicken stew for dinner.. Lastly Custard cream with cake for desert before you hit the bed... Three weeks therapy..

You sound like you are still a teen. I wouldnt worry about it. It will get to a point where you'll start putting on weight without thinking about it. Right know your body is foucsed on getting you to your optimum height. Just maintain a balanced diet, work out if you want as well.
