Dont be daftt. In developed countries a 20 year old is an adult and will more than likely be living on his/her own if not attending Uni or college. You can join the Army at 16 for Christ's sake so why would you chat like an slowpoke and ask why parents allow a 19 year old to go clubbing? My argument is not whether they were of legal clubbing/drinking age. A 19 year old in saner climes is usually a fully independent person.
