Niger-Delta Crisis: A Looming Threat To Stability In Nigeria by MrBean(m): 6:45pm On May 18, 2006
The current Niger-Delta crisis has affected Nigeria oil export volume. While I feel the people (niger-delta) deserve more in terms of infrastructure and development, Local resource control is not the solution. There is now the looming threat of nationwide instability caused by armed bandits in the name of revolution. I believe there should be an amicable way to solve this problem. Future Nation builders on nairaland lets put our minds to task. WHAT IS THE WAY FORWARD?
