The Northern States Governors Forum has congratulated the former Head of State, General Abdulsalami Abubakar for attaining seventy one years.

The Chairman of the Forum and Governor of Niger State, DrMu'azuBabangidaAliyu, in a statement, says General Abdulsalami remains a reference point on good governance, diplomacy and conflict resolution in Nigeria and the world over.

The forum prayed God to continue to grant him excellent health, coverage and many more years of selfless service to Nigeria and humanity.
