Please kindly show us the projects that have been executed from 1999 to date with all the money coming in to service such a small land mass with about the smallest population in Nigeria.

why dont you present pictures of what your state has done with the monthly allocation from the federal govt.which by the way is the common wealth of bayelsa state/ oil producing communities.
You give account to your masters not the other way round.

I think peeps are missing the point here. Even if Bayelsa in their infinite wisdom decide to create a huge bonfire, take their monthly allocation in Ghana-must-go sacks and burn the lot, while dancing azonto round the fire butt-nake/d; it's none of our bizness and in no way prevents them from continuing to demand for 'proper' fiscal federalism and at least 50% resource control.

Why shouldnt i contribute to the forum? would that have anything to do with speaking the truth? we all know that the truth is always bitter and only the wise have the courage to swallow the truth.
the fact that you can stomach the truth suggest who you are!

Is this a trick request because we know even with all the oil money and 13%, that joint is still a backward water creek full of pain and misery especially in a state where the past and present governors are incompetent dullards, major international looters, ex convicts, international fugitives, rumor mongering comedians and so on and so on.....

smh....

The great book says " remove the log in your eyes before trying to remove the speck in someone else's eyes"

Which state are you from? How have your state leaders fared with the free ND money they collect from Abuja monthly?

To be honest, Bayelsa is like a black hole on the internet. I've seen pics of works done in various states. South Easterners are quick to put up pics of their states, Akwa-Ibom, Rivers, Ogun, Oyo.....Even pics of Northern States have been put up at one point or the other. Pics of Bayelsa State is quite scarce online.

When subsidy is removed, you guys will be the first to stop work and begin carnival in lagos, this is just a impotent mix of laziness and ingratitude to your benefactors!

The level of illiteracy in Bayelsa makes complete robbery not as much of a big deal to the locals. For the money it gets in comparison to it's population, Bayelsa should be a developed nation by now

I expect to see projects on the same scale or larger than Akwa-Ibom's in Bayelsa.
Re: If You Are From Bayelsa State.... by EkoIle1: 5:14am On Jun 17, 2013

^^^^^^^ See the clown in green?

That's Alams, still the de facto governor of Bayelsa state, dauglas is just a bench warmer and decoration.

Funny enough, this is is from the state's official website under gallery where most states post their achievements and infrastructures, but this is what they have on theres, I mean zero projects....

So, with the same ex convict and the main looter of the state's treasury still calling the shots from Bayelsa to Aso Rock, that state is destined to remain in perpetual darkness..
Re: If You Are From Bayelsa State.... by EkoIle1: 5:21am On Jun 17, 2013
Also on the state's website, they have invisible, vague and comedic projects like officer's mess, SSS quaters and multi door Court House...

lmao. What da freek is multi door Court House

anyway ujonime and other's, just leave this thread. it was created on the sole purpose of ridiculing. why do you think i usually avoid the delta thread dem create once in awhile. If you don't want to go off, avoid.

When people asked for Fashola, Akpabio, etc achievements, pictures were provided and most people admitted that they were at least doing something. This is not an attack, you should be eager to show the works of your leaders you put in power.

One kobo shut up your dirty mouth!! If it were lagos, you fooools will like to poke your nose, saying the state was once FCT, now let's talk about another state for a change, a state that receive heavy allocation from the federal purse with special ministries and commissions devoted to it, shall we not know what they've been doing with the money?

If it were osun state you idiotasss will like to discuss why the govorner has not commissioned a new project this month!

Show us anything tangible done in bayelsa for the past 14 years! Apart from paying militants billions of dollars!

It seems nothing is happening in that creek.
Please Bayelsans, show us pictorial evidence of development in Bayelsa State and not to go off topic. Don't turn this thread to Yoruba versus Bayelsa or Niger-Delta. We have seen harvest of projects in Akwa-Ibom, Rivers, even Delta but can't you guys from that State show us something instead of derailing this topic?
