You can use 0w-40 aka mobil 1

Mobile one is too light, it is syntetic oil, it can cause d seals to lickage since our weather is hot.

The way you are going that car won't last 2 years, so the first thing to do is buy 4 gallons of oil, and filters(4) and have the shipped to you, talk to Siena about this.

Anytime you buy/ship a car, always put enough oil to last 4 oilchange minimum(2yrs).

Most of the new cars in the market from 2008 require a synthetic blend 0w20 from factory so 20w50 is a really bad idea

Get familiar with your owners manually, any advice outside what is written in the manual is a risk to the car.

Right now the cost of the oil is not an issue because you can afford to buy the car now its to keep it running

Thanks all for the advice , its a 46,000 miles 2010 lexus, the manual says if I can't get 0W-20 I should use 5W-20 and a temp while using the 0W-20 on next service, I might have to import it since I can't find it, mobil 1 is 0W-40, thanks all for the advice but if you know where I can get 0W-20 pls holla.
