Gionee supplies the phone to phone dealers in Port Harcourt at a much higher rate than in other Nigerian cities. I guess probably it must be due to the notion of PH being an oil city and money 'floating' around. In Callus Miller, PH and other phone shops, it goes for below 36 - 39k. In Yenagoa, it is sold for 40k last.
So, this price is fair enough in PH in view of the myriad of factors that need not be explained here.
