Is it that d guy couldnt make JAMB? If yes, he should stay @ home & study hard but if he nailed JAMB but couldnt get admission then he should make a choice betw33n the two. Beside, non is easy. Also, it depends on d course he intend to study. If he is working, NOUN should be d best bid but if he's not,... |
