The simple method used for converting feet to meter is by multiplying feet by 0.3. e. g. 50feet x 0.3= 15m

Therefore your case (30*120) = 9*36 = 324sqm

When talking about plot sizes, there is no standard plot size anywhere in d world, what we have is just 'generally agreed sizes' that varies from place to place. The agreed plot sizes also depends on the density; there are 3 densities vis high density 18*36 medium density 24*36 n low density 30*36 (all in meters)

Your calculations are absolutely wrong.

If your Hectare is 100m * 100m as you said.

Or 328feet * 328feet = 107,584 square feet

And a standard plot outside lagos is 100ft * 50ft = 5,000 square feet.

Then 107,584 / 5,000 is equal to 21.5164plots

Suffice to that there are 21.5 plots inside one Hectare.

Then for a lagos plot of 120ft * 60ft = 7,200 square feet.

Thats where you get 14.9plots or 15 plots in one Hectare.
