Is it that many people here have comprehension problem? Even the LMC spokesman still didn't get the import of the explanation by CAF.

What CAF said in their statement is that at the time in December 2012 when Rangers registered their players for the competition, Emmanuel Daniel who was registered as a Rangers player was still a Shooting Stars player as at that time meaning Rangers misrepresented facts to CAF. The league spokesman ignorantly corroborated this when he said the player's paperwork was concluded in April 2013. So the player officially became a Rangers player in April 2013 and not December 2012 as Rangers stated to CAF.

So on this basis, the suspension of Rangers was in order.

I mean surely CAF wont just suspend a club on a whimp, perhaps NFF couldnt produce a document and were foot dragging probably photoshopping and backdating some paper work from oluwole
