Do you know that his kidney is not growing on a tree in india, a poor man who has no money will give him one of his kidneys that is why every body can travel to india to make this there, this people often didnot know that they have to be carful with there body after they donate a kidney, no body tell them this. Many of this people from India who donate a kidney to this health tourist die erlier than the person who get the kidney!!!!!!

The use of word "sustain" doesn't necessarily mean food, house rent and children's school fees but rather post operation therapy and drugs.
