Why Nigerians Never Stop Shouting Up Nepa by Nobody: 1:03pm On Jul 06, 2013 |
I grow up in lagos and as a kid then, each time power is restore after few hours blackout everybody shout up nepa! though I never ask as a kid why people and neighbours shout up nepa despite epilepsy power, though power situation was better than this present generation then. at 9 years old I vow never to shout up nepa again coz read about other countries electricity situation and how they never experienced outage and that make me wonder why we glorified Nepa for poor power or is it a sign of praising govt and nepa? I want to know why nigerian shout up nepa |
