chucksbadt:1.6 has a smaller Engine, so go for that,this is indipendant on any model or make.hence small Engines are expenssive |

Hello Room!
Please am using a Toyota camry 2004 model which I
bought Last year. I noticed that when the car is driving
Uphill is very slow and it doesn't go more 20km... which
makes it hard switching gear while driving... But on a level
ground it's fast. I was told by a mechanic to do a Gear oil
change which I bought Toyota Gear oil Type IV.
still am still noticing same issue...
Please Guru in the House what can I do before am been

Drivers are too desperate most times and take unrealistic conditions from car owners, my advice to car owners, don't put repairs and maintenance cost on the driver. he will end up not fixing it, if he can manage it or he comes to drop the car if he cant come up with the cash. That cost of repairs you are trying to avoid, you will end up paying double of it when he drops the car. A driver has cost already, he fuels the car, take care of issues with tyres which is inevitable, changing of bulbs etc.. Car owners try and be reasonable with expectations (roi) this is not MMM. Ask questions when the need arises, If you don't have time to manage and go through the stress of the business outsource it to a fleet manager. Good morning colleagues I bough foreign used Peugeot 206 2003 model, the car was very clean and okay. But the only problem is when you start the car you must return the key to its normal position other wise the would not return automatically which can result in burning the starter. I need an advice , in case if someone have encountered similar problem how did he resolve it? |

Can someone please help on how to fix rear tyre tilt in Rav4 2002 model? The tyres tilt inward at the top and there is no provision to set alignment on rear tyres. |

aumoria: Check if you can readjust it from the shock. Slack the 2 bolts holding the shock & reposition the hub accordingly. |

UceeGod:Thanks. In doing as you described I have found that the bushing on the rod holding the bottom of the assembly has some play. I will have the bushing changed to see if the problem is solved |

Hi, very sorry for digressing from the topic.... Please I need expert advice on my car, I used Audi A4 2002 2.0. I recently walked in to a workshop where I complain about my speedometer not working and they traced it down to a faulty tone ring that is slack on the flywheel.....(I am not too good on this part names). The tone ring was removed and I drove down to another place without the tone ring for like an hour just to check someone. After few hours, I drove out and the problem started.... ... i just observed that the car was not moving well, I shifted the gear to manual mode and saw that the gear has been on gear 1 not able to move to other gear. I packed and tried other position like reverse and N position, they all work. I later called my mechanic who checked the gear oil and confirmed it was okay. Now, some said my gear is faulty that I need to change it, some said it is electrical problem. Can the tone ring absence cause the gear to be stick to gear 1? please I need experience advice before they spoil this car for me.... Thanks |
