The Kudirat Initiative for Democracy (KIND) expressed in their own words ''shock and dissapointment'' over the judgement by the court of appeal that enabled the release of Col. Hamza Al'mustapha, who has been in detention at kirikiri maximum prison for 14 years.

It is likely that the Kudirat Initiative for Democracy will appeal to the supreme court to nullify the judgemnent of the appeal court and stick to the judgement by the high court of Lagos which previously sentenced Al'mustapha to death by hanging.

What do you suggest should be the Judgement of the supreme court?. Note that judgement by the supreme court is final.
