To answer that, they are many paid advertising sites. although it depend on what you
are advertising and your audience. For example Nairaland has a paid ad section and
if you re using them, then your main audience should be Nigerians.

you can also use facebook ads, google ads, bing ad, etc.
But you should know how the ad works, how to run an ad campaign
on each of them, writing your ad, your budget, selecting your audience and
your keywords and much more.

so you should know how to those things works b4 committing your hard earned
cash into paid advertising. so what you need is just more than the sites.

I use free advert method for all those my cb earnings and am still enjoying them.
