You change your nameserver at Godaddy. Login - My account - Domain launch - click a domain - manage nameserver - select 'custom'.

Go to your account, make sure it is fullsite, not mobile.

To Set Custom Nameservers for a Domain Name Registered with GoDaddy

1. Log in to your Account Manager.
2. Next to Domains, click Launch.
3. Select the domain name(s) you want to modify.
4. From the Nameservers menu, select Manage.
5. Under Setup type, select Custom.
6. Select Add Nameservers.
7. Enter the two name servers -NS1.BODIS.COM and NS2.BODIS.com
8. Click Save.

Hola back incase of any stress.

Go to thereturnofamebo.com -> Business -> Domain name marketplace. You will see the the ebook title as the title of the thread. Click on it and follow the stated instructions to download.
