Heroine Class is the most modern class in service in Africa

O yes, it can kill a Shaldag.... torps dont have to hit targets to kill them, so even if the crew employs evasive maneuvers they will have to be very lucky to avoid the kill zone

I will recommend AU begin to develop special forces and train them in Belarus for COIN, look at their photos. African Union needs this capability, a standby force of 1,000 SF will make quick response more impacting than using regular troops for special ops.

Raising an AU SF Battalion is a great idea but outsourcing their training would be a Completely dumb idea, it would be better to keep their training within African parameters. You can't seriously tell me that we don't have in Africa what Belarus has to offer.

I'm am more than certain that each member state of the AU would be able to contribute some form of high level Expertise with regards to training an SF unit. The one thing we would need to do is to conduct sufficient research to determine what each country can offer, it will take a lot of time and money but it is the best answer in the long run.

Each African country is definitely an expert at some form of SF skill.

For Example Zimbabwe could offer a CQB course, Tanzania Jungle training, Egypt Desert Warfare, DRC ambush or guerilla tactics Etc...

I only used those countries as examples I'm not saying that they are actual experts in those fields I hope you all see that.

Fact is everything we need is already here in Africa.

Nigeria has been acquiring mobile tactical Radars, we got a couple units of Tri Shield 36DG Tactical radars in 2015.

The Nigerian Air Force would operate mainly in the West-African region, the JF-17 has enough juice to cover a significant part of the region, the SU-34 would completely cover the region.

The way i've set-up my ideal Air Force is very manageable.
Not necessarily.

You can just see how neat and well dressed these NPF on mission abroad are. www.nairaland.com/attachments/3270799_africanunionmissioninsomaliaofficerspatrolaroundtheacademypictureid469479250_jpeg_jpege05a0f96c288671d587fb30a7fcc2f6c Hardly will you see MOPOL with a walkie-talkie. Dont just get the reason behind ill-equipping your police force back home. No wonder they perform excellently abroad than at home.

Not necessarily.

If Aircrafts are deployed in Togo, Ghana or Niger the entire region would be covered.

Nigerian shipyards should ordinarily have no problem building OPVs like this. Instead of always importing vessels from abroad building local capacity to deliver on time and in quality should be our priority.
