He had a phone? For how long has he had the phone? Who has he been communicating with? Are there sensitive info that could be gotten from his communication ?
Yet NPS did not do all these all they did was come out to say they got phones/sim/mc in his cell right after he accused them if sodomy . Yet from independent sources we've been hearing of this same people raping inmates. Who carried out the investigation?
