Hey Mr confused, how can you leave a permanent job for a renewable contract job. Mind you contract jobs hardly have full benefits that is why the word 'CONTRACT' renewable or non-renewable, yoou'l never be treated as wholely as a permanent staff. If i wer in ur shoes i'd pray for success and hit the marketing job im sure of.
