The seed of doubt was planted in my mind this week when I discovered that I was getting virtually no response to my calls or mails.

The feedback is so poor, the tracking number useless. Everything seems to move at a slow pace. I am yet to get what I haver ordered for and frankly speaking I am getting worried.

I had created this to know from you all your experiences and whether my fears are Unfounded. I need something, anything to convince myself that I am in the right hands.

If there are suggestions on how they can improve, that would be welcomed as well

I guess every business had its kinks. I am a first timer too. Awaiting my goods but confident that they will arrive. I just wish that they can improve on their public relations.
