This is not a prison! This is a maiming death hole! How can anyone come out here with a behaviour near normal talk more of this serving as a correctional facility? I hope this is only for convicted criminals and not a detention center because they will only change detainees and first time offenders to hardened criminals! But seriously! How can u cage a human being! Disgusting and this country sign and ratify human right treaties! |
