The electoral law stipulates 90 days incubation before a new party can contest or field candidate in any election after registration and this condition is not met by the apc in the state. Therefore, no candidate can be fielded to run on the platform of the apc.

While GEJ is the leader of PDP, Tinubu and Buhari are joint leaders of APC. So if Tinubu does not want his name mentioned here or you hate to see his name here, Tinubu should resign from politics.
