Since Nigeria Christian Community found the courage to drag Christ into the football
pitch, tongues have been wagging on who and who among the world class coaches is
to employed as technical adviser to coach the emerging football clubs for Nigerian
Christians.

It's obvious that the top shots in the Nigerian gospel ministry who have been
in the front runner of Nigeria Gospel Association, to include Redeemed Christian
Church of God (RCCG), Mountain Of Fire and Miracles Ministries (MFM),The Winners
Chapel(LF),the catholic Association and the unification of white garment churches have
the funancial mussels to pick the bills and monthly salaries that would accrue to any
of the world-class coaches in hard currency even if demanded upfrontt.

It's a matter of days or months now and Nigerians would witness football in the church.They called it "football gospel" an initiative by a seasoned football analyst and commentator, Rev.Dr.Moses Iloh who is also a founder of Soul Winners Assembly somewhere in Yaba, Lagos. And no church is treating this with levity as churches are fast raising unbeatable team to undo on another in an epoch making competition that the founding fathers of Nigerian gospel are thinking hard to workout in reality.

The awareness is growing and reaching far to the smaller assemblies of the churches from their central authourities.The dream is also gathering momentum and the search for athletic young men and women, assistance coaches amd match officials is daily increasing.

According to Rev.Iloh who has gotten backups and spiritual blessings from the gospel fathers and well wishers in the country "The idea is to advance Gospel through football."
