Hello all, i'm a developer and my team and i are on the verge of developing a wonderful tech solution to financial transfers. Like most startups, we are limited by funds and due to the current climate we're in, pitching ideas to non-tech investors seems to meet a brick wall as most make us seems aloof or can't sync with our terms.

Anyway, i would love the house to respond with possible ideas on how to meet such willing investors and any other info would be greatly appreciated.

d investors are probably askin for upto 50 percent ownership rite? Well im not sure if u wil find anyone dat wil ask for less,sorry man non tech investors tend to get sceptical and at such wnt to make their risk worth it

Yes,most of the conditions with investors are just jaw dropping.at the end of d day, u're probably gona be left with 20% of ur company at most with little investment to compare with. its tough sha,evn banks wud try nd steal ur idea also

i feel n completely undastnd u my broda..i hv a company too n financing is bn an issue..even d so cld banks r nt alwez reliable plus dey ask for all sort of collateral n guaranttee when u seek a loan from dem..its crazy...but NEVER GIVE UP your dream bro...keep pushing is all i wil ask u to do...del is smone smwhere rightly positioned dat wil say yes to u..today all i need for a project worth abt 21m is jst 2m equity to secure a loan for d sed amount from d bank...afta 4yrs of pushin...jst last week we got a guarantor to guarattee d fund.

The harsh truth is you need to shove the NDA somewhere if you really want your idea to come to fruition. Try pitching your ideas without giving core details that make your idea unique.

Although revealing your idea is a risk, but so is not telling anyone and what is an entrepreneur if not a risk taker.

Take a look at kickstarter and see innovative ideas in the open!!!

its not just an idea, its a product 90% done. and asking for an NDA isnt something that should put any serious open minded investor off.

Worked out basics on the startup,some nlanders have been useful while some are looking for a very safe investment with high returns.not to be judgy but thats just silly.

perhaps thats why we dnt hve facebook,twitter etc produced frm our environment
