I want to bring to the notice of nigerians plying apapa oshodi expressway that some tauts paraded as itire/ikate local govt workers extort money from motorist if u park around that area or stop ur car. I fell a victim today as I wanted to make a call. I pulled over only for this guys to bombard me. I paid a total of N17000 to bail my car. N15500 has receipt while N1500 has no proof. Pls be warned.
