I get up to 100 visits a day, I refer through facebook, watsapp, and every oda social media I can lay my hands on, I mainly I write my articles myself, and some few articles I study off other health related topics, like magazines and so on.
I rarely use my pc to blog bcoz of internet problems, I use my android phone.

I will advice u not to spoil ur adsense Signups Yet!! Try get a .com domain also, they will knw u are a serious blogger and u really mean business!!
