don't act paranoid brother, no company will tell u the pay before you even apply...
you want a job, apply. When you do scale through the hurdles, you'll get know how much you'll earn and if its not sufficient, reject the offer.

NB: if you aint idle and you make so much, what's then your interest with the job?

I dont really know where to grade the test. Its not a personality test tho. Its just basic stuff. 25 maths questions, 20 verbal and 10 abstract. pls make sure ur internet connection is strong. it almost efd me up.
