1. You will spend close to 120k for your 1st year (100L) depending on the number of courses you register; including course and exam registration for both semester----- http://www.nou.org.ng/current-noun-school-fees-for-2015/
2. 4yrs
3. Yes you will.

Check under the column of 'NEW AMOUNT" not "CURRENT AMOUNT". Your fees will depend on which level and semester you are presently. Moreover, your compulsory fees should display at the top on your portal

Try and log in through this link. If you are still getting the same response; it might be as a result of bad network. Because i am logging in and out here at will. http://sso.nou.edu.ng:8080/nounsso/UI/Login?module=nounSSO&goto=%2Fnounsso%2Fcdcservlet%3FTARGET%3Dhttp%253A%252F%252Fportal.nou.edu.ng%253A80%252FStudentControlCenter.aspx%26ProviderID%3Dhttp%253A%252F%252Fportal.nou.edu.ng%253A80%252Famagent%26IssueInstant%3D2015-07-29T22%253A58%253A06Z%26MajorVersion%3D1%26MinorVersion%3D0%26RequestID%3D7313

Which device are you using? Alright. But I think if it is from their end, it will display "invalid parameter" so it is likely to be from your network. Chill till tomorrow and try it again or better still use PC

Sorry for replying late. Being damn busy.
1. We do not pay school fees. We pay for compulsory fee, course registration and exam registrations. We pay every semester. Compulsory fee for a new student in first semester is usually 41k while it's 13k in second semester. Subsequently, compulsory fee is 23k and 13k respectively. Course registration is always 2k for 2 unit courses and 2.5k for 3 unit courses. Exam registration is always 1k irrespective of it's unit course. So you will multiply the number of courses you want to do with the amount. You Kay choose to do lesser number of courses for affordability purpose.
2. The course duration is 4 years. It can't be more unless you default.
3. Yes you can if you pay.
