Obianuju Catherine Udeh aka Dj Switch is $150,000 (₦24 million) richer. She is the winner of the 1st edition of Glo X-Factor.

She was crowned the winner after the finale which held yesterday. Catherine won the $150,000 (₦24 million) prize money, an SUV and a recording contract with SONY music. A big one for her- Congratz.

The 29-year-old rapper adopted the stage name DJ Switch because of her versatility and ability to switch from one thing to another. She is from Udi, Enugu State, and studied Geology at the University of Port Harcourt. She worked briefly with Halliburton and is now a professional DJ.

She grew up in Warri, Delta State, but lives in Abuja. Her father is late and she is the last of 8 children. Although she performed various genres of songs on Glo X-Factor, DJ Switch says, 'she has always loved rapping'. Best of Luck!
