Wifi is working perfectly cos o use it to sign up, but make sure it runs faster

force close the app and go to settings and clear the bbm app data then go back and start again. also turn on WiFi. it doesn't need to connect to a WiFi network just turn it on

it keeps bringing error.. u should turn on wireless connection on tecno q1 even after turning it on and closing it plus clearing da data.. its still da same. can't it use 3G service?? on tecno q1?? I nid help plz

keep trying Bro, it's not a small something,, just make sure u clear data ,force stop it Nd on ur Wi-Fi hot spot

kkkossy: Pls ppl wats the way forward for this bbm iissue, I'm using a samsung note 2 but yet keep getting a message that my wiireless connection is turned off and "no connection found." I have done turned on my wifi severally and my network signal has always been H+ but yet I can't setup my bbm. Pls guys what is really the problem cos I have been trying this since bbm was released 2days ago. I don tire.

Just force close bbm from settings or restart the phone. had d same issue
