My question is, why are they always telling us the strike may be called off soon and at the end the strike still continues.
@ OP,
What's the main reason why you are asking? Or will you forward my question to him?
Just asking

Isn't it high time our political leaders and celebrities used Nairaland as a platform for interactive conferences?

hardywaltz: Mr President, why are u so clueless and surround yourself with jesters like Wike, Turkur, Mbu, Evans Bipi & Co.
Please let's respect our president,he's the number one citizen of this nation whether by error of omission or commission he was elected as the president. So if your president is clueless, then who are you?

Mr president recently your interior minister advertised an immigration job.however hnd graduates were not considered as qualified for the job. Sir does this means we should abandon our hard earned certificate since our government establishment can not offer us job rather discriminate against us. Sir is polytechnic education worthless?

Mr President,
There have been several clear cases of excessive brutality by the military on innocent civlians prior to your ascent to power and since you came on board. A few examples of some that happened under your watch:
1.) Soldiers in Badagry ambushed the Police who were on a peace mission in 2010 and killed the DPO, DCO and other police officers. The perpetrators were never arrested and the Commanding Officer never sanctioned.
2.) Around 2010, a young lady was brutalized by Naval ratings in the convoy of Cmdr Arogundade in Lagos Island.
3.) Early 2013, soldiers in Akure invaded the State Hospital and beat up the staff over a disagreement.
4.) A few days ago, soldiers invaded an uncompleted building in Apo, Abuja and killed innocent squatters.

All these incidences were widely reported in the media which was how I learnt about them. And this is only a small proportion of the abuse Nigerians are subjected to daily in the hands of securitymen funded to protect them.
Is it that soldiers are above the law? Did the president not read about these events in the news? Why did your government not react when your citizens were being brutalised by your own securitymen?
The reason why these brutalities have continued and will not stop is simply because the perpetrators get away with it. And unless you do something, it will never stop.
Thank you.

Mr President, is your administration still keen on setting up a national carrier? The Aviation minister said that the airline would take off this month, but we've heard no news about it.

My question goes- Mr President, why have you made your wife the Acting President?

2. Is it possible to shelve your Presidential Ambition for 2015 and concentrate on meaningful projects at this point in time? At least concentrate on the POWER projects since SURE-P is officially a national drain!!

3. Were these the promises you had for Nigerians when you came out with project unFRESH AIR when you came into power?
