You can work in the social welfare department in ministries of health, youth,women affairs and sport.
There is job for you as a counselor in any HIV/AIDS clinic.
NGOs like fhi360,society for family health, pact etc are looking for you.
There are jobs out there but they wouldn't come knocking at your door.Just improve your job search and look in the right areas.
You can improve your market value with a MPH degree or MSC in epidemiology or biostatistics.
