My xact opinion

Well, better make sure she's worth it before u think of donating urs, because believe me dude, you don't want to blame yourself later just in case the only kidney u got goes bad, or a member of your nuclear family needs one while your benefactor is going around shagging your friend(s).

Pray for her and help in her search for a kidney.
