So basically he's a rookie prosecutor whose father is on death row. He thinks his father is innocent and wants to get him out.

The 'hot' defendant us accused of murdering that girl found in the factory. He claims he's innocent and Junho defends him believing he didn't murder the girl. The guy says he stole from her purse but he didn't kill her. Because of lack of evidence to l beyond reasonable doubt to prove that he murdered her, he is acquitted of murder but jailed for 5 years for burglary. The detective in charge of the case quits and the series goes forward 5 years.

There's another murder and this occurs three/four days,after the thiefy thiefy is released from jail. Junho is called to represent him and he denies murdering her. After series of questionings he says "I didn't kill this one". Junho then starts to suspect him for the first one but it's not really priority at the moment. In the course of getting info about the second murder, he tracks down her ex boyfriend who hits him and runs because he thinks Junho is a loan shark to whom he owes a lot of money. He tells Junho that he saw the victim last 5/6 days before her death. The Detective that quit because of the lost case has been tailing Junho since 5 years ago and confronts him. He tells him that the suspect didn't kill this second woman but he killed the first one. He says he has proof that will make the court acquit him but he'll only give it to Junho if he finds a way to make the suspect pay for the first crime. He Doesn't want the suspect to go to jail for the death of this second victim because that will mean letting the real murderer go scot free.

Oh yes, the older lady that comes to work for Junho as his secretary is very efficient but is obviously there for a reason, she's well to do and all but they've not told us what her issue with Junho is.

Back to the case, long story short, Junho finds out that the mother of the suspect is missing and she's a very sore topic for him and suspects foul play. He goes to court and is losing the case because someone paid the ex boyfriend to testify that he saw her on the day she died and other shady things favoring the prosecution are happening (The prosecutor in charge is Junho's ex classmate I think who has some kind of beef with him). Junho convinces the suspect to say he killed the first victim because that will prove that he didn't kill the second victim (He brought a criminal psychologist abi profiler that said the intensity of the murder should have worsened not lessened if done by the same person). He tells the suspect that he won't be charged since he has already been acquitted before ( double jeopardy) and the suspect testifies that he killed the first victim. Junho finally calls the detective to the stand and he gives a notebook where he has been documenting all the things the suspect did since he got out of jail (he had been tailing him also). This is proof enough for the court that the suspect didn't kill the second victim and they acquit him. While the last court hearing is going on, Junho made the police get a search warrant for the suspect's old house where he suspects the mother was buried after being killed. They search but find only dog bones. The suspect is happy he's acquitted and as he's about leaving, Junho tells him that the government is going to demolish his old house since it has been abandoned. The suspect then goes home and breaks the wall of a room where his mother's body is hidden in. As he's moving the body, the police with Junho and that former detective are waiting and they arrest him.

Junho realizes that the second victim was at his father's trial and is wondering what the connection is. The suspect requests Junho to represent him and Junho declines. After Junho goes to see him in jail, he asks again and when he is turned down once more, he tells Junho that he was at his father's trial also and he has information that Junho doesn't. Junho confirms this from the only photo available from the trial (the judge didn't allow photos or videos). End. Hope I didn't miss anything important.
