I applied online route on 4th October and I got refusal notice today 21st of October.

Reasons for refusal as follows:

VO not satisty that I will leave at the end of visit because of

(A) lenght of proposed stay in canada
(B)Purpose of visit
(C)Your current employment situation
(D)Your personal asset and financial status

I submitted the followings:

1)Letters of employments current and past
2)Letter of employment for spouse
3)SOA for self showing bal of N2.7m
4)Evidence of payment to school $20,000
5)Pension account for self showing N4.1m
6)Pension account for spouse showing N4.5m
7)Fixed deposit in spouse's name N10.1m
Various CSCS statement of N6m
9)Statement of purpose stating self and spouse as sponsor
10) Current resume

N:B hold a second class upper degree in Economics

Applied to GBC for financial Planning

Have 11yrs bankind experience

Long and short REFUSED!


Aint giving up though, I will refire next week Friday God willing.

I just got my medical instruction today it was sent to my email,I am just wondering how to go about the passport thing( I am required to take my passport with me for the medical) since i submitted it with my visa application.
N.B My visa type is for a live in caregiver I submitted my visa application in June.

ChriGo: ....Its not true...what i noticed is that asaju's medics get to cdhc within one week....consultant practice takes 2-4weeks(normal scenerio)....i was told my medics has been sent to france so hopefully they work on it between now and friday.....TRV LOADING!!! ....

Congrats bro.. You can always get your passport back from CDHC. Just go there and withdraw your passport for the purpose of the medicals.. Wish you the best.

U went tru the Live and caregiver route....u must be sharp....Please kindly share your story with this live and caregiver program so that i can be sharp too...lol....also list the documents you submited....if you submitted tru vfs then go there, ur passport is waiting for u and as cdhc will have it, u might be given further instructions to donate blood and kidney just like dey instruct we student to pay tuition and board .....if you submited tru embassy directly then go to embassy to collect ur passport and go do ur medicals......PLEASE SHARE UR STORY BIKO....millions of nairalanders here are waiting to learn from it.....Thanks....
