First cancer centre ni, not true cos lagos already has a cancer centre besides owerri also has a paediatric oncology unit. Its irrelevant who opens one first whats important is a centre is opened up that can handle some areas cos oncology is a very wide area of medicine.

i actually read something of such some months back, this project really looks realistic cos Amosun himself often times has spoken really much about this project

So Ogun State wants to set up a cancer centre. The same state that lacks a functional blood bank!!
