I need help, my new techno phantom pad fell lightly and has refused to power on since morning. i tried plugging it to a laptop, didn't work either.
Truly hoping someone kind would help me out. God bless.

thanks, the funny thing is it didn't fall hard and it was in its jacket , we were surprised it went off in the middle of a photoshoot

alphadux1: That's the problem with cheap China brands, they are unstable and unreliable with next to zero support available from the manufacturers.
I believe your tab should still be under warranty, you can return it for repairs, shouldn't cost you a dime. If there's a next time, close your eyes and spend the extra on a more reliable brand, you wont regret it.

try chargin it via the normal AC outlet not a laptop...otherwise fine tha nearest tecno tech shop

And when you do return it for repairs under warranty, don't tell them that it fell down, it could void your warranty.
