John-Kennedy Opara has announced
President Goodluck Jonathan as the leader
of delegation to Israel, as Christians prepare
to embark on the 2013 pilgrimage.
Addressing a news conference in Abuja,
the executive secretary of the commission
advised Christian pilgrims to pray for the
peace and security of Nigeria as they
embark on the 2013 pilgrimage to Israel.
Mr John-Kennedy Opara says the prayer of
morally rejuvenated Nigerians on
pilgrimage will help the nation to overcome
her current security challenges.
the NCPC says the president's journey to the holy land is a spiritual one not a state visit.
