Hello Gamine,i am a masters degree student here in Russia,i will be finishing my programme (Chemical Engineering of oil and gas processing) next year.I have been living in Russia for two years now. What are your intentions in Russia, visting,to study or what?Russia can be a very confusing and difficult country at first especially if you dont speak the language but as soon as you are getting the language it becomes more intresting. If you are looking at getting a job,if you are a student you could get a job in the big cities like Moscow,Petersburg e.t.c but it is hard to get a job if you are not living in the big cities.
I am sure you will enjoy Moscow because there are a lot of Nigerians living and schooling in Moscow and there are lotz of beautiful sights. As regards rasicm, things are getting better now and the cases of violent attacks from skin heads are not very common any longer but you still have to be careful where are when you go out.I live in a very safe and peaceful city,i go to out just the way i like and anytime i like and i have never been attacked before.
When actually are you coming over?and which city are you going to?
I hope you enjoy your trip here smiley
