Tecno Mobile has found a way of neglecting customers with faulty phones.
I sent my phone in for repairs @ Carlcare lagos about a month ago and up till now, no form of repair has been carried out. They keep telling me that they do not have the parts to be replaced, so why cant Tecno supply the parts needed by Carlcare or is this another way for them to hoodwink customers from getting the warranty enforced by fraustrating us
