We all think or assume that sanitation day is "a day the government said we should not go out till 10 am". Well Sanitation day is a very important time for us to do a healthy things for ourselves.. So please lets consider 3 healthy things to do an a typical sanitation day.

1. Clean your compound or vicinity
This could involve clearing the gutters and stagnant waters around you.. These are breeding sites where vectors of terrible diseases survive. Also sweep and remove any dirty heap in the compound.

2. Do your laundry
Well there is no better time we could ever be free to wash our dirty cloths than on sanitation day. So we should do well to wash our clothes on that day.

3. Exercise
As crazy as exercising may sound on a sanitation day. We are on only sanitizing our enviroment but also our body, and Exercising clears our body of excess toxins and waste.
