I think it is best to define such things at the beginning of a relationship. I think if he uses it as a replacement for his lady when she is not available then I feel it is wrong, because, it can put funny ideas in his head and in fact he begins to see her as inadequate and would want to get someone that will match the ladies in the videos he sees.
