Everyone who soaks garri without milk is always advised to stop or get eye problems. Is this a fact or is it just a myth?

well,soaking of garri doesnt cause eye problem. But i think drinking it does

U can tak ur garri wit milk or witot milk wen soak
d only tin hia is 2 allow d garri 2 soften in wat eva u use 2 soak it.

Myth. In fact, normal wel Garri is made with palm oil which contains Vitamin A that enhances eye sight.
