segzyndpep: Please nairalander do you still pay nepa bill? What do you mean? Did you not get October bill a couple of weeks ago, and did you go to ur NEPA office and find it empty? They are even more vicious now in my area. I got N8,000 bill instead of the usual 3k - 4k. The called it "new management"! |

They also charge me 3k now every month bt I stop paying them since it's a new management.so I am thinking they will write everything off.and we dnt really have light in my area so no point paying |
