I can hear the whispers of the devil
All he is commanding me to do is evil
He is trying to turn my taqwa down to the lowest level
Innash-shaytaana lil insaani aduwwun mubeen
Verily the shaytan to man is a great enemy,so i can't make him a friend of me
Following this villain will definately be a felony
Don't want to give in to his evil whispers but how do i escape his deceit?
My Imaan is becoming weak
Haven't read the Qur'an for weeks
His hold on me is getting stronger
Though I'm young there's no guarantee that i'll live till I'm older
Yet with this fact known to me I still disobey Allah,how could this be?
I'm slowly loosing my way,seems like I'm going astray
Living life my own way,my faith is decreasing each day
Going farther away from my deen
I have shown no gratitude for the blessings of rabbil alameen
been through Islamic school and all,but the knowledge is no good to me at all
Lost my hayaa,so now I've got absolutely no shame
taking life like a game,all I'm trying to do is win
Now so evil I've become,so accustomed to sin
I've become so full of pride looking down on my muslim brother
Disobeying my mother,raising my voice on my father
To music,I was listening,my prayers I was neglecting
The parties,I was attending and girls,I was befriending
No longer lowered my gaze,modesty in me was deceased
Acted against every single one of the laws Allah had decreed
No longer gave in charity to those in need,because I've lost my piety so now I'm so full of greed
Thought I'd live forever,death wasn't on my agenda
But little did i know,in a few moments death would approach
It came unexpected,on my radar,it was undetected
I was cruising in my ride with a girl sitting on the passenger side,got distracted for a while and I was crashing before I could realise
Now I'm laying on the road side,bleeding with tears gushing from my eyes
Thinking back on all the time i had,how I disobeyed Allah
How I never even considered following the Sunnah of rasulullah(saw)
I'm in my final moments and unable to utter the shahadah
Had the answers to this life's test yet I still failed,what a disaster
Now it's too late to repent,I'm heading straight for torment
Only now do I realise that I've been deceived by the devil....


May Allah save us from such an evil fate
The devil's always trying to influence us with his evil traits
His sole aim is to destabilize our faith
He whispers in your ears all the things you love to hear
He tells you to enjoy life while you're still young 'don't worry,there's time to repent,you'll live long'
He convinces you to keep on sinning 'your sins are too much brother,you'll never be forgiven.Allah's mercy is not for you,forget about him being the all forgiving'
telling a sister 'take off that hijab,that's old fashioned and don't u feel the heat? come on sister,let your hair loose and flaunt your style and don't ignore music,just listen and dance to the beat'
whispering 'come on brother,show the ladies some love,there's nothing wrong with a handshake or a hug.And there's no need to lower your gaze,you're just admiring Allah's creation.plus if you can't see her face or how her body shapes how would you know if she's the right choice to make?'
He tells you not to control your temper when you're angry,saying 'why do you have to stay cool as ice,that's an act of cowardice.violence is the answer,let the blood spill and ignore whoever tells you to chill'
He capitalises on your desires
but do not be fooled,he just wants to make you his companion in the blazing fire
If you heed the devil's advice,you'll pay a heavy price
And your destination will be the direct opposite of paradise
The devil deceived Adam and Eve,we're all prone to his deceit
So let's seek refuge with Allah from the sworn enemy of man,Shaytan..
