Yeah, . .it seems we'all have experienced it . .mine happened just yesterday,after rechargin #200 d day before yesterday, i made several calls,dat ma airtime got exhausted yesterday,and i said ,since no airtime for calls 4 nw,let me browse cos i have mb, buh Glo did signs and wonders,i tried to no avail,i couldnt log on d net(so frustratin)so today i recharged and i got 30mb and dats why am still online at dis moment. .so those guys ar nt perfect,they can fault anytime

Over 160mb was wiped frm my line too & I didnt bother cos it was not browsing on my line and my numerous complain did not yield any positive result. but when I recharged 2 days ago, I received 30mb which im using now after I went to their office to complain about not being able to browse despite having data.

glo bounce 30MB is really scam... They fetched my MB just like the way sand is been fetched wif shovel...

You can check your data balance using #122#.

seunlayi: as at yesterday morning, I was having about 120mb accrued from the global bounce mb data bonus I did a little browsing with it after loading about another 200Naira but to my surprise, all my 200 naira was deducted as and when I checked the data, there was nothing left . I recharge another 200 naira around 7pm and till now, no 30mb was giving to me. Glo, what is going on, is this another scam from you?

GSM service providers in Nigeria are ripping us of our money. I thought Glo is better than Airtel so I subscribed to their BB plan last month. However, I have not been impressed by the quality of service.

Glo rang me today with '333' eliciting feedback on their service. I told the rep I have been unable to watch videos on my BB since I subscribed to Glo and the lady told me I need to have airtime to do that. She said I will be charged from my airtime. I was flabbergasted to hear that! How will I exhaust 3Gig within 30 days without watching videos?

Atm, I have 2498 Mb valid till 15:55 18/12/2013. IMHO this is a case of 'jibiti'.

Well what i noticed is that the 30mb is a numerical scam. I had just used 7mb when glo said d 30mb is finished. Dat dat, i took bus, stoped ontop 3rd mainland bridge, and threw d sim into the lagooooon

To be sincere, the Glo bounce plan works perfectly for me.

And for those who are unable to access the internet with the bounce megabyte, Just use the apn: gloflat, leave username and password blank..just try and see the sweetness of Glo Nigeria! MTN sucks !

customers can be so unfaithful. just this once and we all are complaining. Even those ppl without the right configuration to browse on bounce. Pls kindly call customer care and lay ur complaint and the issue will be escalated. Glo Unlumited
